Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Guomao

Breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and different each day, with cooks preparing eggs and other dishes on the spot. Water wasn’t displayed, but available upon request or you could bring your own from the room. The area was very clean, and staff promptly cleared tables. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean, with large windows and a comfortable bed. I noticed a few hairs on the carpet and in a towel—likely just an occasional miss, as towels might come from an external laundry. Overall, the cleaning staff did a great job. Wi-Fi didn’t work on my phone—possibly due to my VPN—but worked fine on my tablet. When I couldn’t book a taxi because of the connection, the manager kindly arranged for me to go to my meeting with the hotel car free of charge. A truly thoughtful gesture. Great location and a very pleasant stay overall.
